Objective

The objective of this work package is to gather remote-sensed data (Sentinel 1 and 2) on the field network locations in order to be able to: 
- automatically recognize Fava bean and chickpea on the basis of their spectral signature, and distinguish them from the common crops in rotation with them;,
- be able to estimate from with proper indexes (e.g. NDVI, …) their yield, water and nutritional status.
- give recommendations for the integration of remote sensed data into crop models.
