Presentation of the First Results of the LEGITA Project at the 18th Congress of the European Society for Agronomy

The first results of the LEGITA project were presented during the 18th Congress of the European Society for Agronomy, held in Rennes, France, from August 26 to 30, 2024. Dr. Gabriele Nerucci gave an insightful presentation titled "Improvement of chickpea yield through intercropping with common wheat in two Mediterranean locations." The research focused on improving chickpea productivity through intercropping with common wheat in Tuscany and Friuli Venezia Giulia. The presentation was well received by the audience, who showed great interest in the experimental approach, leading to numerous questions and discussions.
